The Foundation is a non-profit organization that primarily focuses on:

• Academic development programs including student scholarships
• Professional and leadership development programs
• Volunteer development programs including conference attendance
• Organizational grants for qualified programs

During the month of April, the Foundation accepts donations for the Maxine Shelly Turner Memorial Scholarship fund. Maxine lived every day promoting women in engineering, community service, and professionalism. Her scholarship is awarded yearly to a young aspiring female engineer/technical scientist who embodies those ideals.
